RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Lacé & Laced. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days after the order has been delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• Returned with original tags and packaging
• Free from stains, perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or signs of wear
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products, including buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of mind.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Items damaged by misuse, wear, washing, or improper care
• Items returned without approval
• Items not in their original condition

Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will provide return instructions by email.

Return Shipping Cost

For returns due to buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will provide assistance and cover the return shipping cost when applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently recommend placing a new order for the correct item after your return is approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kchz.shop with photos of the item and packaging.
